What I collect
When you send the contact form I receive your name, email, optional phone number, business type, service of interest and message.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.
How I use it
Form details are used only to reply to your request and prepare for a discovery call. I never sell or rent personal information.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by [form handler: Formspree or a Cloudflare Pages Function]. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Analytics are provided by Google Analytics 4, only after you consent.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Client financial records are kept in secure, access-controlled accounting software and never sent through this website.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become client engagements are deleted after 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing hello@studioledger.example. This policy is written with Canada's PIPEDA and BC's PIPA in mind.
